Job Title: Store Sales Manager (SM)
Job Objective:
The main remit of our Store Managers is to optimize the profitability of the store by creating and maximizing sales opportunities. The Store Managers are also responsible for ensuring that targets are met, as well as the enforcement of compliance with Company policies. Success in this role is determined by how much the selected candidate is able to grow revenue and the existing customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Our selected Candidates will be responsible for:
o Driving sales at the local Branch through proactive Retail marketing activities
o Delivering operational efficiencies and providing excellent customer experience through high levels of service and product knowledge
o Devising cost-saving methods of delivering premium to customers in the local market
o Training, coaching and developing the Retail team
o Ensuring constant compliance with operational standards and strict adherence to the Company’s Brand and Customer Service policies
o Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes
o Maintaining an active database on all customers within the locality
o Managing customer relationships and responding to customer complaints and comments
o Generating periodic reports on the performance of the Branch
o Advising the Business Partners on local business opportunities
o Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
o Touring the Branch sales floor regularly, talking to staff and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
o Supervising the activities of all personnel (e.g. Dispatch riders, Asst Store Manager, Deployment Officers, etc.) attached to the Branch
o Rendering periodic financial reports to the Head Office in Lagos
o Monitoring compliance with Company policies at the local Branch
o Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market
o Maintaining awareness of market trends within the IT/Electronics retail industry; understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors in the local market are doing
o Inventory management and be capable of making key decisions about stock control
o Monitoring and protecting stock and assets in line with company procedures
o Motivating their in-store sales team and other staff attached to the Branch to meet and surpass financial/sales/individual targets

Job Specification:
Education Qualification:
Degree in Business administration, or in relevant any field
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience required.

Master’s degree/professional certifications will be considered an added advantage for all Managerial positions.
