Job Description
- The HR Generalist will assist the DHRM with all HR functions.
- He will report to the deputy Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general recruitment
- Assist with training and career development
- Monitor Employee file management
- Assist with staff discipline management
- Assist with performance management
- Assist with HR strategy development and implementation
- Any other duties as directed by the HR MANAGER/DHRM
Qualifications/Experience
- A graduate with Social Science degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Human Resource generalist preferably in the marine industry or Oil and Gas
- Creative and Innovative
- Team oriented and outgoing
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
