The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop graduates through specially designed functional programs in the hope that they become part of the future senior management talent pool.

Requirements and Personal Qualities

To qualify for this position, an applicant must possess:

· A minimum of HND (Distinction) or BSc Degree (Second Class Upper) in one of the following fields:
* Business & Commercial Sciences;
* Pure Sciences (Pharmacy, Biological, Biochemistry, Microbiology etc.);
* Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, and Production)
· Candidate must not be more than 27 years of age by October, 2010
· Should have between 0 – 2 years working experience
· Interested in having a career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector
· Possess a creative and analytical mind
· Passionate about building an international career
· Willingness to improve and result oriented
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Team Work Spirit
