Job Title: After Sales Support
Job Objective:
The Candidate selected for this position would be responsible for managing customers’ complaints. The ideal candidate would help to repair, troubleshoot if any problem arises from customer, purchase. He must have a high level of competence working on IT related products. (S)he must process an exceptional communication skill and good interpersonal relationship skill.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be required to:
General Duties
- To provide support to customers after purchase of item
- Provide technical support after sales of items
- Follow up on customer complains
- Visit customers to help resolve issues
- Proffer new ways of optimising value on how best to use product
- Support marketers on field

Job Specification:
Education Qualification:
First Degree in computer science or other relevant field.
