GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANTS
It is a reputable Property Development Company based in Abuja:
Requires the service of the following competent people:

1. MANAGER FINANCE
Qualification/Experience:
· A good Degree in Accounting,
· At least 5 years cognate experience,
· Master in Accounting/Finance will be an added advantage.
· ANAN, ICAN Required.
2. MANAGER ADMINISTRATION
Qualification/Experience:
· A first Degree in Humanities,
· A minimum of 5 years working experience,
· A Master Degree will be an added advantage.
· Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources is desired.
3. MANAGER ESTATE/FACILITY
Qualification/Experience:

· A good Degree in Estate Management or equivalent,
· At least 5 years working experience,
· Member of NIES or IFMA is desired.
4. MANAGER PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
Qualification/Experience:

· A Master Degree in Architecture,
· At least 5 years working experience in property design and Devlopment.,
· Computer Literacy is required.
5. ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualification/Experience:
· B.Sc/HND in Quantity Survey with Second Class lower from a reputable University/Polytechnic,
· A minimum of five (5) years post cognate experience,
· Membership of NIQS.
· MSc in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
6. ASSISTANT MANAGER FACILITY
Qualification/Experience:

· B.Sc/HND in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
· At least 2 years cognate experience,
· Must be a Member of NIFM.
7. ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE (ACCOUNTANT)
Qualification/Experience:

· B.Sc. or its equivalent in Accounting/Finance from a reputable Institution,
· At least 2 years working experience,
· Must be a Member of ICAN/ANAN
8. INTERNAL AUDITOR
Qualification/Experience:

· A University Degree or HND in Accounting,
· Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in auditing,
· Must have ANAN or ICAN.
9. ESTATE OFFICER I AND II
Qualification/Experience:

· B.Sc. or equivalent in Estate Management from a reputable and recognized Institution,
· 2 years cognate experience for Estate Officer II,
· OND in Estate Management will be considered.
10. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER I, II AND III
Qualification/Experience:
· B.A in Social Science/Public Administration,
· 2 - 3 years cognate experience for Admin Office I,
· Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
· For Admin Office II and III, OND will be considered
· Good IT Literacy in hardware maintenance and vast software knowledge.
11. CASHIER OR ACCOUNTING OFFICERS
Qualification/Experience:

· B.Sc. or HND in Accounting/Banking/Business Administration from a recognized Institution,
· 2 years working experience.
12. CORPORATE PLANNING AND MARKETING MANAGER
Qualification/Experience:

· B.Sc. or equivalent in marketing, Purchasing and Supply or Business Administration,
· A minimum of Second Class lower Division
· Minimum of 5 years working experience,
13. COMPANY SECRETARY
Qualification/Experience:

· A good LLB from a reputable University,
· 5 years working experience,
· LLB in Commercial Law and NBA Membership is desired.
14. MAINTENANCE OFFICER AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Qualification/Experience:

· HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution,
· Minimum of five (5 ) years working experience,
· A good OND or equivalent with 2 years experience will be accepted for the post of Maintenance Technician.
15. SUPPORTING STAFF (DRIVERS)
Qualification/Experience:

· School Leaving Certificate (SSCE/WAEC),
· Must have a Trade test
· 5 years working experience,
