LEGAL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to create and adopt policies and procedures designed to insure that the organization and its employees comply with required laws and regulations.S/he must be able to administer policies and procedures. S/he must be able to investigate compliance issues and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries or examinations. S/he must be able to train employees on compliance topics and best practices. S/he must be able to provide leadership and direction on regulatory and ethical business conduct. S/he must also be able to partner with management with respect to strategic issues. S/he must be able to review contracts and agreements to ensure the company’s interest is well protected. Finally, s/he must be able to liaise with external solicitor as needs arise.

Qualification:
Candidate must have 5 years post bar qualification; Experience in a corporate environmentAttributes and mustarticulate with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
