HR/TRAINING OFFICER
Job Description:
- Contact trainer and line managers to determine the location, time, facilities and training.
- Making training program and send to training manager of approval and sent to all departments concerned.
- To assist HR Manager in developing the HR policies and strategies in order to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization.
- Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Hospitality Industry is required for this position.
- Should be able to work with minimum or no supervision.Must possess excellent communication skills.
